- Warranty period: The guarantee applies for 10 days after receiving the goods.
- Contact: Register within this period by email to info@swisstallow.de with your order number and a short description of why you are dissatisfied.
- Glandic regulation: We check your case individually - in many cases we offer you one Reimbursement or a replacement article on, even if the product has already been used.
- Exclusions: The guarantee only applies in the context of the initial orders of a certain product per customer and not with obvious abuse (e.g. almost empty crucible or at the same time several crucis for trying out and opened).
