We currently deliver exclusively to Germany.
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of shipping costs of 4,90 €.
From an order value of40,00 € If the shipping is done within Germany free of charge.
For deliveries to Austria we calculate a flat shipping fee of 6,90 €.
From an order value of48,00 € If the shipping is sent to Austria free of charge.
The delivery time within Germany is usually 2–5 working days. International programs usually have one 1-2 days Longer delivery time.
Shipping within Germany takes place with DHL. Deliveries to Packing stations arepossible.
International shipping takes place with the service provider that suits the delivery country, currently
- to Austria: GLS
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided that this is advantageous for quick processing and thereby do not incur any additional costs.
If there are delays in delivery (e.g. due to force majeure or unpredictable events), we will inform you immediately.
Returns are subject to a fee. If we have provided a back area, we will withhold the costs for the return when reimbursing the purchase price.
