You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the ordered goods.

Use a clear explanation (e.g. letter, fax or e -mail) to inform your decision to cancel this contract. To maintain the cancellation period, the timely sending of the message is sufficient.
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs, which result from the fact that you have chosen a different standard delivery) immediately and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day we received your declaration of cancellation. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. This does not result in any costs.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or that you have proven that you have returned the goods, depending on which of the two events.
You have the goods immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day you inform us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is preserved if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. They bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
They are only liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to a handling that was not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
The right of cancellation does not exist for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to the reasons for health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB).
